How do I cancel my DVine Pro subscription?

Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > DVine, then tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Sign in with the same account on your new device. Go to Profile > Restore Purchases to restore your DVine Pro access.

Can I use DVine without creating an account?

Yes, DVine offers a Guest Mode that provides core Bible reading features without requiring an account. Create an account to unlock streaks, bookmarks, and community features.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > scroll to the bottom > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) with encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, and access-controlled database rules. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
