DVine uses AI technology to provide personalized insights and assistance. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should not be considered a substitute for personal study, pastoral guidance, or professional advice.
AI responses are generated dynamically and may vary. We do not guarantee the theological accuracy of AI-generated content.
Bible content is provided through API.Bible and is subject to their terms of use and copyright restrictions. Scripture quotations are from various translations as indicated in the app.
The DVine app, including its design, features, and content (excluding scripture text), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
DVine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
